Railz are happy to refund and exchange any goods bought from us within 14 days of the order being shipped.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please return the goods by way of special delivery in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged and with all labels and tags still attached. We also ask that you return the original invoice. Any goods returned without labels and tags attached will not be exchanged. Please also enclose details of the size you require.
If you wish to exchange your goods for a different item, please return as per our refund policy below and re-order your new garment from the website.

Refund
If you would like a refund, please return the goods by way of special delivery in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged with all labels and tags still attached, any goods returned with visibility of wear, without labels and tags attached will not be refunded.
We will refund the card you purchased the goods with within 3 days of receipt of the returned item.
